Salvia miltiorrhiza · Red Sage Omics
Red Sage Omics is an integrated portal for the Salvia miltiorrhiza reference genome, multi-omics annotations, and prediction results. It brings gene identifiers, sequences, expression, variants, regulation, localization, domains, and interactions into one searchable resource.
Integrates ID mapping, coordinates, sequences, annotations, localization, expression, variants, and browser links.
Designed for GO, KEGG, Pfam, InterPro, eggNOG, NR, and future annotation layers.
Query expression profiles and compute gene-gene correlations from expression matrices.
Includes Pfam domains, subcellular localization, and protein interaction candidates.
Includes TF binding site prediction and EMS functional variant search.
Provides BLAST, interval sequence retrieval, primer candidates, JBrowse, and downloads.
Recommended citation text can be updated here after the platform paper is finalized. The public interface should use Red Sage Omics and Salvia miltiorrhiza rather than pinyin as the display brand.
Maintenance: manage the web service and data updates through the server entry ssh school-server.
